SPEAR is a biannual multidisciplinary research journal of our college which publishes scholarly articles and reviews from a wide range of academic fields. Apart from ensuring an in-depth knowledge over a topic, scientific and historical research papers also contribute to the world of knowledge. So, there is great relevance to research in education. Publication is very important in the academic career as research and research articles provide the researcher with information and knowledge. Academic articles improvise one’s own research skills. Research and publications are crucial and essential to grow and prospect in an academic career. It also increases the student’s ability to integrate.
