In our continuous service to the local society it was felt that the
curriculum which we follow must suit the needs of the students who
have to be trained to meet the needs of the industry. To fulfill the diverse
needs of the students, the college applied for autonomous status. The
UGC has conferred autonomy to the college from the academic year
2017-18 for ten years. Autonomy help the institution to name its own
syllabi which is flexible to meet the local needs and adopt appropriate
method of teaching and evaluation process. As per the requirements of
the UGC appropriate statutory administrative bodies were formed to
manage academic, financial and general administration. Besides,
non-statutory committees were formed to aid the administration.
